Using the service

You may use Prompt Optimizer for lawful personal, educational, editorial, research, development, and business work. You are responsible for the prompts and context you submit, for checking the output, and for deciding whether a revised instruction is appropriate for your model, users, data, and workflow.

Model-generated results

The optimizer uses a configured third-party model provider. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, overly specific, or unsuitable for a particular task. A clearer prompt does not guarantee a better model answer, and the service does not provide legal, medical, financial, security, academic-integrity, or authorship conclusions.

Free limits and paid credits

Anonymous visitors receive a limited number of standard optimization runs per day within the displayed input limit. Signed-in free accounts may receive a larger allowance. Paid credits are weighted usage units and may be consumed by optimization, analysis, comparison, or evaluation workflows according to the estimate shown before the run. Limits, models, and credit costs may change as the service and provider costs change; the applicable amount is shown at the time of use or purchase.

Accounts and workspace data

Some features require an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and notify us if you believe an account has been misused. Saved prompts, versions, variables, test cases, and evaluation results must not contain material you are not authorized to process. You may delete assets through available controls, subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or another person's security. You must not submit secrets or sensitive personal data, overload the service, automate abusive traffic, bypass usage limits, interfere with model-provider safeguards, or misrepresent a generated result as verified professional advice.

Payments, renewal, and refunds

Paid checkout is handled by the payment provider shown on the pricing page. A subscription renews until canceled and a one-time credit pack does not automatically renew. Access or credits are granted after the provider confirms payment. Refund eligibility, unused credits, duplicate charges, and subscription cancellation are described in the Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, provider availability, models, limits, and pricing may be changed, limited, or temporarily unavailable. We will not present a planned workspace feature as available until it can complete the advertised workflow.
